| Hai ^^. So i has a question. I played a 2h sader awhile ago. It was very enjoyable as i like to swing big things around. Now after a dexless sin, im looking for a break and something new. Enter in the 1h sword, which i know nothing about :D. SO how much money would it take to make a good 1h fighter/sader/hero. Should it be dexless, or low dex? Im not asking you to make decisions for me ( Its "my story xP) But what have you 1h big swingers experienced? Or could you point me to another thread or guide on the subject. Thanks basil :D |

| I have experienced less reach/range with my weapon. Get ready for swinging small swords around with one hand and having to be much closer than almost all two handed users are to their enemies. |

That is not always true say they both had 40 base dex and equal funding one would be using a NRW most likely while another used a 1h Sword and posibly and attack shield saying they had equal funding the NRW would surely win because its the same speed as most one handed swords except for the red katana and the Lunch box and it has the better damage fromula which makes and even better advanage added on the the Fast (5) Speed of the NRW |

I'll have to disagree though, the lower your dex is, the better you'll be in the long run. There's really no set limit to funding, as you'll be always losing/gaining mesos throughout your time on MapleStory. |

| It depends on your funding. If you have multi-millions(500m+) I'd suggest 1h sword/atk shield If not you'll be doubting yourself For a large majority of your training 1h swords will lack reach And early-on your damage won't be amazingly improved with an atk shield Until your brandish is a good level 1h swordsmen suffer from lack of reach and Knockback :x AND it costs so much more to be pretty similar to 2h sword(for earlier levels) If you're less funded, or not well funded I'd suggest 2h low-dex, or even low dex Stonetooth/NRW But think about how you spend your money, and how much you'll gain And the choice should be clear |

| At the moment, I'd say it's best to have over 1b for the 1h/atk shield path. Even 14 attack shields I've seen are going for over 500m. |
