Question About Making A KoC

Other thread died without anyone answering so i'll asking one last time :/. To make a Koc do i need to get a lv 20 beginner then make one (from what i hear from basil), get any lv 20+ character that does or doesn't already have a job and change into a KoC (forget were i heard that), or when i log in after patch some lady asks me if i want a KoC and if i say yes she will make me one called a Nobliss or something (maplewiki). Thanks

You use your lv78 Hermit to make another lv1 character that starts as a Nobless, and when you get to lv10 you can advance as one of the 5 Cygnus Knights.

level 20 quest unlocks Noblesse. (cygnus beginner) Log in again and make a new character, select Noblesse. Done. (I think that's right; I could be wrong.)
