Trying out Cygnus Before hand

Well im at my cottage all summer and the weather is crummy, ive been waiting for Cygnus to come out as a distraction but im going insane. Is their anyway to join maplesea or any other type of maple story to try out these characters legally while living in ontario canda? If so pelase leave a link or a nice description to how.

You can not play EMS or MSEA without using a proxy. So if you really want to try KoC I suggest using a proxy to play MSEA.
