I have a question about the medal. Do repeatable quests only count as one quest or do they count as many times you did them. For example, if you did a repeatable quest twice, does it count as two quests?

repeatable quests do not count... i have the medal and had to do many hard/bad quests... have you done the nautilus garbage can one? with the note in the garbage can to start the quest? that one knocks off a lot of quests because it is a massive chain quest, and its also really easy for 7x+ i had my medal by lvl 94.

Repeatable & event quest does not count. But for a reason... If you did the repeatable quest for the first time after completing the regular one, it counts. Try finish the regular & chain quests. They'll grant you some points.

Some repeatable quests will count as ONE extra

If you start a redoable quest and you don't finish it, it subtracts one. If you finish it, it adds one back up. So, it counts as one quest and not two.
