did nexon failed again or is this drop hard to find?

sea dust from bone fish. i recall them to be dropping very fast but now with an hr in the map, i have gotten nothing. is this a failure by nexon again like the epham magnets or did this drop rate just went down.

Are you trying to get them while "doing" the quest (As in you talked to the npc first) Cause that slows the drop rate by a lot.....if not, then it's some sort of server problem

Don't bag on Nexon, they supply half the clothes you're currently wearing and much of the game itself.
