Maplestory keeps shutting down

When I open maplestory up, It lets me play for about 5 seconds then it shuts down and says I got disconnected, when my internet was fine. I fixed it once on my other computer, but I forgot how to do it now. Any help? (the last time i fixed it i used something like the command prompt and 'Netsh Winsock Reset PC'

go to command prompt run as admin type netsh winsock reset then restart

It give you an error code, right? Google that error code and follow instructions. This error is only for Vista users. -____- It sucks.

uh...i guess this helped some people? Lol now the command prompt is messed up. when i did the Netsh Winsock Reset it said "requires elevation" what does that mean?

type cmd in the start menu, right click, run as admin and redo netsh winsock reset.

doe it happen like when u log in u get disonnected then u try to log in a different account and u get disconnect and then when u log i a diferent again u can play but when u cc 2 or more time u get discconect if u did i have the same problem but i dont no how to fix it
