How to work a hacked character back into the game?

Hey Basil. So I was hacked a little while back and quit MS, but now I wanna start playing again! I'm a level 98 hermit with only a clean scarab that my friend's letting me borrow and some level 20 clothes that I scrounged around for. What do you guys think I should do to get back on my feet? Once I get a decent amount of mesos, I can probably merchant myself back to life, but I don't know what to do to start... I've done a lot of the good quests back in the day, though if there are any good ones that have come out in the last year or so, I could give them a try? What worries me is that I can probably only do about as much damage as someone half my level normally would, so I probably can't do any of the high-level quests. Any ideas? :/ thanks, Basil!

you can always hunt boss's for scrolls/stars o.o

Hunt for a chaos scroll, that should provide you with a full set of armor (clean) and claw at your level. From there, use the remaining mesos to merchant.

Apparently I've been gone for a while. what's a chaos scroll? o-o and where can I get it? and kamikazidude, what boss do you think I could kill under these circumstances? o-o

your best bet is to do scroll quests and meso farm at places such as sakura cellions, if youre strong w/ max avenger pirates in herb town or make a new character, get it to lv50 and CPQ for maple coins, every 7 = gephart = 150k npc

A chaos scroll is a scroll that you can use on any equips, and it randomly increases or decreases stats. They're worth quite alot right now, so you couldn't of come back at a better time. You can get them at Cold eyes in sleepywood, or drum bunnies in ludibrium. Good luck.

I got 2 chaos scrolls from >drum bunnies< in two days, And you can sell them for alot 200mill+ so try your look at drum bunnies.

either hunt for chaos scrolls, or go to leprechauns and try adn get some steelies etc.

A new character might be good to start your off. Lukless Cleric can make you a bit of money eventually. If you have no life you can get 2nd job in a day or two, and start cpqing. Edit: Oh yeah, and it is easier to lvl up right now because of the EXPlosion event thats going on. Also, there are 2x exp every friday. So it can be really quick to start making money with a lukless cleric.
