What is level one burst fire's percent damage. It is definatly not 95% seeing as my top range is around 1200 and im doing 1300 damage...

Oh, so the percents on skills mean that they hit that percent, equal to your top range. So if my top hit was idk let's just say 4K, and i used a skill with 200% damage, the output damage would be somewhere around 8K? I really just don't know, and i also don't know how to make a thread XD, so this is a perfect oppurtunity to ask....

@cyrus yep, thats right and to make a thread, just go to the section you want to make a thread in and click the "New Thread" button on the right side. It's a green coloured button, so it stands out.
