is this illegal? the rules say that u have to provide an accurate picture and name but then again, the rules also say that ur not supposed to sell lleech..O.o

Nope. You only have to obide by the avatar rules...which is. Not too distractive, 96x96 size, gif format, transparent background items must be obtainable in game. As you can see, my avatar is edited
