How would/did you react if/when someone said that to you ? Personally, I was insulted . I'm sure it was meant as a compliment, but I don't want to be flawless . First of all, being perfect isn't human , it's not in our nature . Second, people would hate you . And third, I don't want someone to have that illusion of me, and then later become disappointed when I do or say something that will break that illusion ( and no, I'm not one to give into peer preasure if you get that impression of me when I say that ) . I want people to see flaws in me and still be able to accept and like me regardless .
