So I scrolled a Blue Moon with a 10% for int and I now have a 3/5 Blue Moon with 4 slots. I'm going to finish scrolling it, but what should I use?

Keep going! Use 60%s though. One time, I got a set of earrings from a friend, 1 10% had worked and there were 4 slots. I was a noob, and for some reason I thought I'd try and get another 10% to work, and it did. Being the hopeful noob I was, I tried for 3 more and they all failed. >.<

I suggest 60% or 70%. You already got a 10% to work on it, no reason to risk more 30%'s. Chances are they won't work anyway.
