L7 is based on Luk?

If L7 is based on luk, the damage done is based SCRICTLY on your Luk level, and not anything to do with the weapon att of your claw, or stars? So a level 40 sin with his beginner claw 80dex, hits the same as level 40 sin 80dex with an avarice on?

Its not based ONLY on luk o.o If it was there would be no point on having good equips without TT

No... where did you get that? Luk plays a very large part in the L7 and TT damage formulas, but so does weapon attack . Dex is rather useless when it comes to L7/TT; in addition, as you reach higher levels, luk becomes less important as your weapon attack becomes higher.

No one has proven it yet.

um yea you can. One nl would have like 4 luk, or 30 luk if u have equips. although said nl would never reach that level
