| Seriously. Don't trust people online. I just got scammed by a friend since I known when I 1st started to play MapleStory. I let him borrow somethings. He always returned them so I saw no problem with letting him borrow my things again. We had a lot of fun times. We always talked with each other, joked around, and helped each other. We had a great friendship. Until about a couple of days ago I let him borrow my 6luk 3atk PAC, Dep. Star, 10atk WG, 7Dex BSS, and my 5ilbis. This is where everything went wrong. I kept asking him to give me my equips back so I could train. He kept ignoring me. Then finally I asked him for it back when he was LMPQ'ing. He pretended to be his friend and said that ShinCue(Jose - Original owner) went on vacation to Florida. So he gave me back my Dep. Star and my PAC. He said he would give me back the rest of the stuff tomorrow. I went on tomorrow. Asked him for it and whatnot. No answer. He just logged off. Then today I asked for it early this morning. He told me to stop harassing him for my equips back. Then today I whispered him and asked him what his problem was. He said to stop complaining because I sounded like a loser. I found out that he really didn't go to Florida. He said "it took time to scam me". It really bugs me though. I trusted him because I knew him for about 3yrs. The fact that he's almost 18years old and scams someone who is 14years old really bugs me also. I'm not asking for pity or anything. I just wanted to share my story. It really angers me that someone would do something like that for equips over a friend he knew for 3years and he knew that I trusted him. Do not trust anyone on MapleStory unless you know them in real life. I now know the mistake I made. I accepted it. I accepted how dumb I am for letting him borrow my stuff. Summary - I got scammed by a guy named ShinCue that I knew on MapleStory for about 3years over some of my equips. |
