Does anyone know how to do this quest

I can't seem to find the scroll in the quest "an incident and the missing alchimist". The quest is for lvl 52 and over. Can anyone post a link to a pic or tell me where it is. Thanks in advance.

uhh. i can give directions? go to the map with the president in the wheelchair. go in the bottom portal. You should see a guy called russellon or something? go all the way to the right to a map with a bunch of iron mutaes walk to the middle of the map where theres a portal raised on a platform. the room you walk in should be pitch black. if you open your minimap, theres a green dot on it. that's the scroll. you have to navigate the dark room. from the portal, walk right while holding the up button. you'll find a rope. climb it then walk left and hold the up button. walk to the right until you drop two times. go to the middle of the platform and look for the rope in the middle of the air. climb that and walk all the way to the right. stand right on top of the green dot and move the mouse over your charrie's head and look for a clickable strip. thats the scroll. u can use the npc button too

Got any specific directions?
