Nexon Don't Want know Feedback

I wrote to nexon trying to express the need for an online poll, like sea that could help us with better communicating. After I logged the ticket it was closed before it was sent. So im guessing they don't want/need feedback. Do you think an online poll like maple sea would be nice? Edit: Nexon doesn't want any feedback*

Make sure you threaten to sue in the ticket's subject. They tend to read that.

It should be edited to "Nexon doesn't want any feedback." I think an online poll will be useful to express our ideas but even if we did have it, the chances of Nexon actually reading it are slim.

All feedback tickets get automatically closed, but they are still read. And FYI, nexon cares about most feedbacks and takes them into consideration when arranging server checks/patches/glitch fixes and new content releases. Came out kind of rude, sorry. Also off topic: @ TS, arent you a bucc? o.o JW.
