Shadower Vs Buccaneer. Which job to play?

| Well, I guess it has come to a point where I might stop playing my Level 58 BW Page for a while. I just want my other classes to make a comeback. I'm starting to get tired of slow training and I've been warned that White Knights all go through this stage. I guess it's just a break. As for now I know some of you have seen me spam Melee Rival threads all over the place and are sick and tired of me but here is my request. What job shall I play now? Between my favorite Shadower vs Buccaneer. Many might say watch videos, go die in a hole, follow your heart, just pick one I like, and a whole bunch of other things but I am making this decision on you guys now. I love these two classes , well technically three so much that I cannot let any of them come on top of the other. To make it short and simple what class should I continue playing? My Bandit or my Brawler? Yes I want the fastest leveling class but that might be Brawler for second job and for fourth job obviously a Shadower. My Bandit will be a STR Bandit with I guess somewhat Low-Dex. I am a damage hoar but many say Shadowers aren't meant for damage but I don't really care. I love their play style. I love BStep and Assassinate so much as well as Barrage that I cannot pick my choice. What I want is easy training and to be able to solo bosses like you would see in those typical videos of every classes. Is there anyone from personal experience that can share with my the benefits of the jobs Shadower and Buccaneer? I guess if you were to throw in some cons in there it might make my decision a bit easier but I don't really know. I hope this thread doesn't die <3 Thank you for sharing and helping me out.~ |

You'll do higher damage and you're probably going to get richer down the road (and start scrolling for luk or something). If you're going to add points into str for the dagger shields, then you're too poor and it's a bad expenditure of money (the money you're going to spend on the shield and the wasted points could go into making a much stronger 'normal' bandit). If you're doing it for "stable damage", keep in mind that this "stable damage" is consistently lower maximum damage AND lower minimum damage. There is absolutely no advantage in having that type of "stable damage". The only reason why a bandit should be holding a strength dagger is if they are super funded and/or 150+. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID." O_O What? I played on a server and I used pretty much the same equipment I would use on GMS to test both theories of STR Dit vs Luk Dit. The STR Dit was weaker but soon after I equipped the Khanjar it was good and stronger by a few ranges compared to the LUK Dit. At 120 the STR Dit was still stronger. Why? My luk dit never had an ATT shield nor I doubt I will get an ATT shield in GMS. The STR Dit was better overall o-o If that's the case, a Fusion dit, Using a Khanjar with a Luk Dagger.. |

| If you don't choose what class you are, then you're not fit for the class you end up with. |

| If I had to chose between those two classes I would be so confused I would not know which one to do because both hit fast and they are kind of similar since Bucanner hit with there fist and Shadower with daggers which are pretty small |

They are both similar in some way possible. These I think are the most related. |

| I have a Dit (40) and Brawler (57). And i'm playing my Brawler more. Faster lvling IMO (because of mob atks) and very fun so you don't get bored. Dit = Pretty high dmg early cause of SB. Brawler = Faster lvling cause mob atks. |

| i say shadower cuz you said your nortt so much of a dmg hoar than shadower annd the hits arent bigger but the times it hits makes it bigger like SB if you do 3k dmg each 3x6=18K dmg BS 12+12=24K dmg assassinate is a harder one for me to do __- |

If you get a 10 str pac, a zhelm, a deputy star, you will only need to add str for about 3-4 levels. Then if you get a horntail necklace, you will not even need to add anything else to use a dragon khanjar. I, personally, am going to convert to low dex str dit at level 80." Yeah, I didn't address that because I assumed that he was unfunded. If one has the funds to equip a khanjar, by all means |
