I always thought that bowmasters had the highest dps becouse of hurricane, but yesterday a bowmaster said that corsairs had the highest dps becouse of battleship. Do you guys know what class has the fastest dps dpm and dph? (lol) (btw when i was writing this thread i saw a maplestory commercial on tv :P)

It's called highest dps, not fastest.

Well against elemental weak bosses they don't do that bad to be honest. Thing is that they need a boss weak to 2 elements to do their best full damage. For example, a F/P wizard needs to fight an ice and poison weak boss to be able to dish out their best damage. Elquines, Bahamaut(sp?) and Ifrit aren't that weak.

Yes, corsairs have the highest dps/dpm/dph but only on 1v1 non moving monsters. My nl friend was challenged by multiple corsairs who said they could kill faster at time temple. They would kill their side of the map and meet in the middle, my friend won every single time.

Corsairs are the best for DPS. Then it's NL with SE. Then it's BM. This has all been theoretically calculated and compared by people many times in the past. The calculations were done keeping factors equal across all the classes, and even with an apple, corsair > NL. NL's are generally pretty weak without SE. S> lvl 115 hermit

S> lvl 115 hermit " Only one person did it and everyone took that for granted. The one and only damage chart out there is unrealistic and inaccurate. Basil can't seem to get it through their dense skull for some reason...
