You have to collect 100 Intelligence Documents that drop from monsters in PQs and turn them into Agent C, who is located at the exit of every PQ.

I have 100 documents, but whenever i talk to agent C, i always just use 5 and get the old receiver. How do i get the titanium one? P.S. Henseys PQ is the easiest PQ to get the documents. I got 100 in 3 days.
