Can somebody please explain to me what it actually does? I know it increases damage by alot, but how much? Thanks

Sharp eyes increases your Critical hits by 15% and the damage dealt by critical hits by 40%. This skill best helps jobs that already have chances of hitting criticals (nl's, BM's, Brawler's non-ranged atks). Other jobs still benifet from Sharp eyes, but not in a large way.

Sharp eyes stacks another 140% to your critical hits when maxed. So, 100% from normal attack + 100% critical + 140% from sharp eyes=340% hits. ( I'm pretty sure that's how it went :D) In short: It's awesome.
