its from NLC! at masteria from a kind of ninja if you R lvl 57 im sure u can do it im lvl 58 i have took the quest long ago

Alcaster's quest level 60+ Its a long and annoying quest, but easier than the bone helm quest.

Just do the CWK 50 phantom seed quest. Then you can buy all cures for 400 mesos :]
