Ele Wands are rigged.

All Ele Wands halve Scroll success rates. This is my theory, anyone agree? PROOF: It is IMPOSSIBLE to find a well scrolled Ele Wand. They're all like 5 m. atk above avg and 0 slot. Owe em gee. Lol.

Maybe it's just because poorly scrolled ones are still sold for their damage bonus. You don't see crappily scrolled other equips because nobody would buy them, but even terrible ele wands still hold monetary value.

Mmh, I had an 88 m.att clean Ele Wand 2. First 2 60s failed, so I 30ed it. Boom 8D.

I rem my friend scrolling an ele wand 3, 3 30% in a row, all failed, then 3 60% failed, 1 60% decided to work. This is why there aren;t any godly ele wands
