Recently I've been leveling up pretty quickly with the EXP curve and it got me thinking. What am I going to do at later levels? 9x and 10x I mean. I'm very, very unfunded. I have just enough to get by so I was wondering if I should keep adding dex so it's easier to equips claws later on like Dragon Sleeves. Right now I have 100 base dex which seems fairly normal-high but I really doubt I'd be able to buy any dex equips. What I'm thinking is that if I stop at 100 dex and have to go with a lower level claw, Rab or Mamba, then I will have to spend a lot of money to get a higher attack. If I keep adding dex it will be cheaper to get the same attack on a Craven or Sleeve. Let me know what you think.

Cap DEX enough to use Dragon Purple Sleeve. Like 150 or something. Besides, just LMPQ for money. You may end uo changing your mind. :3

i am unfunded as well, but i just trained like regular people. I did lmpq but then stopped at 65 cuz it got boring. Even if you are unfunded you can still train on voo/hoodoos, windraids, hunt for chaos scrolls. That is what i did and now i'm 71.

Don't keep adding DEX. You were just like me unfunded and not knowing where to go. Unfortunately I kept raising DEX. Luck hit me a couple of times and ended with some good equips. Sadly I had to spend 35k nx on AP resets. My suggestion is to keep your DEX right there and keep pushing.

Keep adding the DEX. I did the calcs on it once, and by adding the DEX to get my Dragon Purple Sleve, I actually ended up with a stronger attack than if I'd have tried to stay with a rab. The only other option would be to spend hundreds of millions on a high attack rab. Also keep in mind what DEX you're going to gain from equips, particularly a zhelm if you don't already have one. Cap your DEX at the lowest amount you need it to be so that with your equip added on you can use the sleve. I also used DEX earrings as they were cheaper than the same level LUK earrings, and it doesn't hurt to do so. Anything you save on having to put into DEX you can put into LUK, so it doesn't really matter if it's AP to LUK and DEX on equip, or the other way around. Now, if I just hadn't had scissored my zhelm for my xbowman so that I can no longer use my sleve, I'd be all set. Oooops

Yea I quit this sin at lvl 66 for the exact same reason, but never had the sense to try voo/hoodos... I'd say if your unfunded then just quit your sin. Their overpopulated anyway, and there's no use in continueing it if your unfunded, it just makes the game miserable. |

Thanks, I'm gonna keep adding some dex. Slowly so if I do get lucky, like undefeated said, I won't have too much.

I just quit this hermit with 110 dex yesterday and sold everything. I was poor and unfunded.

Cap your DEX at the amount required for the Claw you need to upgrade. Don't go overboard since you don't need anymore accuracy.
