I know for sure bosses can (e.g. Stumpy and Faust) and also like Divine said... I can only assume other monsters heal, only i've never encountered any yet.

it is he just doesnt admit it. or rather refer monster to the ones getting murdered 24/7 rather than bosses which are killed once in a while

To answer your question, yes. Normally monsters are killed before they can heal, but the higher leveled ones that are not killed so fast do show that they heal, as show in your posted videos.
