Gr33n was being sarcastic. It's a random number, and no one knows for sure. All anyone knows that some people get lucky, and some people never find one. Just go and hunt. Maybe you'll get lucky.

I found mine at Zombie Mushrooms in the minidungeon, which despite spawning also Horny Mushrooms have fantastic spawn. It's all luck, really. I found mine in 2 or so minutes without using cards/rep. Though I've been hunting for about 3 hours in total for my second. >.>
