broken glasses!

I'm a f/p mage lvl 8x, so I can't do Lpq, but I have a brawler lvl 48... I wanna know if Broken Glasses are tradeable or untradeable, coz yesterday I saw a smega and someone said: "S> scissored broken glasses 2str/2int/2luk...." If broken glasses are tradeable, I can do Lpq with my brawler to get it, then give it to my mage... or I need soc?
