Trolling is no longer bannable?

http://www.basilmarket.com/Fight-Evil This is the new rules page. Rule #7, which used to be the trolling rule, is now a different rule which relates to false player details. You still cannot attack another user, spam, or post inappropriate items, but the specific rule for trolling is now gone. The word "troll" isn't even mentioned on the rule page. Now, Basil likes to call everyone a troll, I know, but the fact is that you can actually troll without spamming, attacking another user or posting inappropriate items. Your thoughts on this? Totally meant to put this in site section. And apparently, you're not longer banned, you're "jailed"

Trolling is pretty much a mix of rules 1-7 now.
