Do people still sell Skillbooks using Zak?

I remember when I was 70 I was always planning to buy an AC 10 when I was 117 or so for 10 mil by going on the run with them, but now all I get is people selling the books via scissors. It's nice that I don't have to go on the run, but the prices are 25mil with my own scissors and about 40mil with their scissors. I'm currently barely holding 10mil and I can't afford to buy an AC from scissors. So I was wondering if anyone knows guilds that still sell skill books via Zak run in Scania. Thanks

In windia, I have seen people / guilds offering to take you on a run to loot a skillbook for free, I believe portmule is one of them, however he may have changed his policies since SoK came out.
