Blacklist Question

yeah what does it do? This person was being really annoying in Cpq because i picked up a coin from a monster that i killed and he said thats mine then he kept spamming "give bak or ill mass defame u noob" so eventually i just kicked him from the party but then he just kept whispering me "ima get my guild and mass defame u when u get out" so i decided to blacklist him but nothing happened so the when i got out he defamed me and he dissapered (proll to go cut himself out of depression) so yeah the origenal question is up there^^^ for those of who who just skipped to the bottom

I think that if the dude is blacklist by 20 people he gets banned (not sure)
