I suck at approaching a girl I like, i get nervous sometimes, and it gets awkward when i don't know what to say and theres nothing to talk about so she'll just leave :p but if i knew her, it would be a lot easier. just talk about lots of things, eventually something will come up she'll find thats interesting. you shouldn't be the one who does most of the talking, let the girl talk more.

All i can say is be yourself. If she doesn't like you then she doesn't like you. Edit: To answer your question, i'd say someone who's innocent and knows how to get what they want but not to the point where they are a manipulative jerk. Also, you shouldn't be bad-mouthing others and try to show off. No pervy comments please. If you tend to stare a her a lot then just ask her out or something. Staring is creepy.
