I was watching some Cartoon Network and I saw a commercial. This commercial made me go WTF?...! It was a commercial about hacks...for Runescape! It was like "Hey you, tired of being a noob? Get some hacks. Level 99 bots will grind for you." and then it gave a website at the bottom. Is that even legal?

lol. When I was looking up an online text of the U.S. Constitution, I found a maple story ad. Under the constitution. It was so odd.

I have never seen that commercial, and I doubt it exist. Can you show me some proof?
