My first error

error -2005530585 (unknown error 0x88760827). I've googled it, but only hackers (wannabe hackers,too)had it.I dont understand when people are telling me to update somthing,I'm not great with computers,so if u have a solution,make it CLEAR.(directions) P.S. I have NEVER hacked or are planning to hack. P.S.S I have tried re-installing,modifying,repairing redownloading MS,nothing worked.

i get the error when i open MS. The screen turns black, turns gray,black,gray,crash,error

If you have the latest version of Direct X and the game is still not working, I suggest you update the drivers for your videocard. If you don't know how to, then I need some basic info to walk you through. Operating system you are using Version of Direct X you are using(to find this, press windows key + R and type in dxdiag and press enter, the window Direct X diagnostic tool will pop-up and it has the version displayed in it). Answer these before we move any further.
