Well guys, I don't know if any of you remember or are doing it, but I've been doing this program . Initially, I was able to only do 18 push ups in a row, but I can now do 60 in a row. I know I am still not very strong, but I am proud of myself and I just wanted to see if any of you are still doing it/are interested in doing it/have finished it. I thought you could use some encouragement or just a place to share your results with other people doing it. Or none of you did it but that's ok.

A better work out is on your knucles with your hands parallel to your body... Works the biceps instead of the chest. And most of us guys want bigger biceps than chests. What I do is 10 the normal way, on the 10th I push hard enough that I lift my upper body off the ground and switch to knuckles. I do 40 straight. (10 hand -> 10 knuckle -> 10 hand -> 10 knuckle) Another good workout is pyramids. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 <- 100 pushups

Now try doing my core routine.... 30lb barbell in each hand (60 lbs total ~25-28 KGs) on a 45 degree incline bench, 20 situps x 5, so where most people do about a 60 degree situp, Im doing 120 degrees... its hell... basically to picture it visually... my feet are above my head, a good 3-4 feet.... and I do a full situp to perpendicular to the floor... not easy at all Bodybuilding is NOT easy
