You'd think that with 8 moderators (Mr.B included), there would be at least one mod on during all parts of the day. Moderators that are on during the same time period is just ridiculous. No I'm not complaining about the people recently chosen. They are nice from what I can see, but this becomes a problem especially when a large handful of parody threads come out and there's not a single mod to do anything. While I'm not against the moderators, I find the situation utterly stupid. There should at least be shifts for each moderator, vaguely outlining the time of day he/she should moderate, and if a moderator cannot meet that time frame, then someone else should pick up the shift. Which leads me to scream, MAKE THE SECURITY TEAM BE ABLE TO MODERATE. Sano is actually on all the bloody time, and I'm sure giving him moderating powers wouldn't hurt. If you really take the time and look at the number of moderators, and how often there is not one bloody mod on, you'll really see the bad organization taking place. I do realize that this is volunteer work, but there should at least be more stability on this site, because right now, this place is about as sturdy as a 2 legged chair. Summary: Mods need time slots.

... there are instances where one cannot have someone watching over the site... same applies to the real world... the police cannot be everywhere at once...

I've been keeping the reports down all morning while working.. I haven't been able to mod-troll as I usually do today but I haven't gotten as many reports as stated in your thread. Please don't make me say report it. (Thanks for your report your share Doom)

I do like the idea of shifts. However, in figuring timezones, Basil Market would probably need a few more moderators, and more than 1 on and once.
