Well, I'm pretty sure I looked at rankings frequently while he was 199, and I think it took him a few weeks to get from 199-200. Although I definitely could be wrong, I just remember there being a looong wait between 199-200 for FangBlade. And to answer thread starters question, it's impossible without GM intervention.

Give around 1-2 years and you might do it. You may make it on a few months or weeks if you play 24 hours straight everyday.
