ok o im making an archer and uh im getting confused with some stuff and what i need to know is... do i have to make a lvl 20 beginner to become an wind breaker? and if we do, do we start at lvl 20 or do we restart to lvl 10 after we reach 20?... CLARIFY PLEASE!=D

No, there will be a diff option to make KoC chars, you will not start as a beginner (from what i've heard).
