I don't think you should be the one telling them anything. They should work it out themselves. If you were to offer your take on it and things go south they'll most likely blame you. In my personal opinion, dump him. If he's confused about his own feelings, he's not really at the point of "really liking either one of them".

Well it depends. As in he started to cheat on her before with the other girl, or is he thinking he likes the other girl? If hes cheating, def. dump If he just "thinks" he likes the other girl, just talk it out.

Well, since i'm really not sure what the guy is thinking. Since they're both friends and i don't want to ruin my friendship with either one of them. So i'm not gonna do anything.

I would talk about it first and see where it goes. I don't like to get angry. When you're dating someone though and truly care 100% about them, I don't think this should be a problem. It would tell me that there is a gap somewhere in the relationship that seems to have a higher significance and has a need to be filled elsewhere. I would hate to be the girl that cannot provide that.
