How do you get them because i want to chaos my Agent C's Titanium Receiver also i heard they were 100% is that true?

just do the quest of the day multiple times to get the reward multiple times..the reward can turn into some pot or the scroll

Do the "Todays Mission!" quest. You get a secret box, inside the box you have a CHANCE of getting a 100% Agent Chaos scroll.

Yes, they are 100%. You get it by doing the daily quest thing (light bulb on your head to start quest). You then do what the quest tells you to do and then talk to this lady Agent person that's in every town to finish the quest and hopefully get the scroll, if not junk.

theyre basically maple syrup fused with a choas scroll :P and get as many as you can and choas the heck outta that set of earrings, i got dam luck and mine are 4 dex and 5 luk with 3 slots left ^^
