My account was banned recently because of illegal charging/funding. My friend who I dont know in real life was going to gift me some nx cash. Since she doesnt have a nx shop close by she decided to use paypal and charge it on my account instead. Everything worked until a few days later I got banned. She also gave 4 other people nx from that same credit card and all of them got banned too. Now nexon says that I have to cancel the funds by contacting paypal and they will only give me a few days. Turns out one of her friends gave her the credit stating that it was her dad's credit card when it was really her friend's. He was trying to purposely ban her but it turns out that me and those other 3 people that she charged nx on got banned for it. And now the problem has turned into a big mess and I sent a ticket to Nexon but I really have no clue what to do. Please help. And how many days will they give me for contacting paypal and cancelling the fund?

Well unless you can get it taken care of fast you are banned forever :-/ Ive had the same thing happen to me but instead of paypal I had used a 10k nx card.

well, logging a ticket does nothing... nexon only bothers to look at those when Company Grading time is here. they wanna look good

Company Grading Time? I can't cancel the paypal funds cause the credit card is my friend's friend.

Well, a friend told me that, if you use paypal to charge more then one maplestory account, the other get's banned. Sorry.

ehh i use 1 paypal acc to charge 2 accounts but i transfer funds into paypal so i doesn't come from the creditcard it works alot better that way.

I thought she has to go into your account to charge NX cash with paypal.

Oh did you charge it with more than one account? Well I'm not really sure. Gms just said that I was banned permanently for illegal funding/charging. I wish they would explain more but they haven't answered my ticket or emailed me. They just sent an email saying that I need to cancel the fund. I posted a comment to my ticket and they never responded to that. Any suggestions?

Okay, now that I see that part, I suggest editting out. Cause giving account information is against the terms of service.

But they allow people who do zak runs to run on other people's accounts? so is that against the terms of service? cause basically they are giving their account info.
