Weird FM experience

So I had a shop in FM10 Channel 1( pretty crappy, I know) the whole day and every day around 00:21 my internet dies for like 10 seconds.. So I disconnected and reconnected and when I came back to "my spot", there was some mage named "HappyL3mon" in there, making his shop, since I couldn't open one on that spot. Then I tried again, for fun, and *tada* I got "my" spot back! After that the guy says "ok ur banned", so I whisper him and say that I disconnected and blabla and he tells me that it's HIS spot, so I told him that if it was his spot then he shouldn't have closed it, he said he was "re-setting" it.. So after that little conversation he tells me that I am going to get banned.. Now the question is: "Can a lot of reports or whatever he wants to do cause you to be banned?" I thought it was kind of likely he was trying to get "his" spot back, but I am just wondering if anyone has ever been banned for no apparent reason in a slightly similar situation.. o.o A lot of reports means you will get stalked by GM's I think.

no he cannot ban you because you took your spot back. That person is just trying to scare you.

As soon as he closed his store it wasn't "his" spot anymore, don't worry, you wont get banned.

I dont see how you could get banned. I mean he took his shop down and once the spot is open its fair game, and didn't you say you were only gone for like 10secs? People have been banned by mistake but not to my knowledge like your situation.

Well, I don't know if he's going to mass report me, but what else? xD And I know that he himself cannot ban me but I was unsure about mass reporting and stuff.. And IMO, when you close your shop, even if it's for one second or 10 days, it isn't yours until your re-open.. xD

Nah you won't be banned.. those are just useless threats. GM's don't care about scamming/spot taking those are childish games they don't need to stress over as they have bigger things to worry about.

XD I mean, is it possible to get someone banned by mass reporting(what else can you do? XD) him with your guild or something..? Because any GM would facepalm him if he goes "HE STOLE MY SPOT ", so that's not what I'm "worrying" about.. xD
