You gotta add some points into claw mastery then later on max it so your minimum damage becomes sharper and higher.

oh the mastery...mines is 5 D: and my dex isnt too high i need 90 to wear the lvl 50 gear..

((LUK * 0.9 * 3.6 * Mastery) + STR + DEX) / 100) * Weapon Attack Mastery equals 0.6 when maxed 60%, so at lv 5 I think its 20 or 25?, the mastery is 0.2 or 0.25, thats why is too low.
