How much HP do warriors gain on 1st job advancement?

Hay all, I have a level 26 Beginner, and I was wondering if I would ruin him by making him a warrior. Is the HP increase for 1st job increased by %age of current HP? Or does Dances just give you like, 300 HP or something?

It's a boost of anywhere between 200 and 250 HP. There's no percentage involved.

It's ruined already... You would lose the extra HP from the HP increase skill.

nah max hp/ap increase cause im a wk lv106 with 6.3k hp i got more then a 120 hero

The question was how much Dances gives. My beginner is the one that would get the job advance and he's level 26, so I get like 13 x 40 less HP. I was wondering if Dances HP gift was based on %age of current HP, because if it was, I could still make up for the levels I didn't have HP increase. My beginner has 440 HP btw. o,0
