Suppose to be the same, so you say can its pretty random. Which one you can kill the most at a time is your best bet i guess.

No clue. Took me 5 hours to get one at Drum Bunnies. I just started to hunt at Cold Eyes 40 minutes now no Chaos Scroll yet but i found a Card :D

Hmm.. If you can mob very well and 1-hit evil eyes, go for it. They have very massive spawn... or last time I checked. I was hunting at drumming bunnies for about an hour, no luck. I got lucky at Grizzlies. I found it in the boss monster PQ. It was funny. It's like, 1 in 20000 chance? And I hate stupid bandwagons.
