Red veins in my eye

In my left eye there's like a branch of red veins, the rest of my eye is clear. What should I do? And yes I googled it already, the only thing I got was Dry Eye syndrome, but this is the first time it's occurred. Edit: GUYS I GOT THE SHARINGAN. I was riding my bike, and then some guy tried to mug me, and I yelled Sharingan. And then I copied all of his moves, and won.

It's not a sharingan, the Uchihas are dead. There are only two left. On the other hand, just keep it moist with eye drops.
