I've seen many people asking about Cygnus Knights since they're going to come out at the end of July in GlobalMS. So I thought I'd post a thread describing them and their abilites. Some of you may already know this. But that does not mean everybody does. This is here to help everybody, even those who have no idea what KoC are, as well as those who have. Note: Everything you read below is "Copied and Pasted". So no credit goes to me. I'm just acting as a messenger. If you want ot view the entire, original article, here's the site:[url=][/url]http://strategywiki.org/wiki/MapleStory/Knights_of_Cygnus_Guide The Knights of Cygnus are a series of job classes that are new to KoreaMS and MapleSEA. They use elemental abilities to their advantage and possess unique skills compared to standard job classes. Knights of Cygnus is currently only available in KoreaMS, MapleSEA, TaiwanMS and ChinaMS but coming soon to GlobalMS, EuropeMS and JapanMS. Knights of Cygnus began when an empress of the Maple World named Cygnus sensed the evil Dark Magician lurking around the peaceful Maple World. Dark Magician is known for trying to destroy the Maple World, but he has previously failed to do so. Now he has returned to once again wreak havoc. The Empress Cygnus, aware of Dark Magician's actions, has begun to recruit brave Maplers to become Knights of Cygnus whose duty will be to fight off the Dark Magician and his wicked followers. In MapleSEA and TaiwanMS, a player's character must be at least level 20 to create a new Knight of Cygnus character. This new character, created to join the Knights of Cygnus, will be connected to the main character who created it through a reward system. This connection allows the two characters to support each other through leveling. Each pair of Noblesse and Knight of Cygnus will receive a buff called Blessing of the Spirit and gain an extra skill point whenever the other one levels up 10 times. In GlobalMS, this job was called Cygnus Knights. The jobs were mostly named differently compared to the ones in MapleSEA except for Night Walker. Compared with MapleSEA, Soul Warrior was named as Dawn Warrior. While the Flame wizard as Blaze wizard ;Wind Breaker to Wind Archer. And lastly, Striker named to Thunder Breaker. In KoreaMS, Knights of Cygnus are created in the same manner as standard characters, using the "Create A Character" style at the main page. KoreaMS's system no longer has any requirements (such as being level 20). The two highest level characters on the server acquire the Blessing of the Sprite. There is no limitation to the number of Knights of Cygnus you can create. Pros: -Stronger than the standard classes until standard classes pass their level cap. -Gains 6 AP per level up until level 70. -Exclusive map and quests in Ereb. -Gets most skills earlier such as Echo of Hero (Level 120) and most 4th job skills (no need for a skillbook). -Can use elemental abilities earlier than magicians. -Gains a useful summon in 1st job. -Gains t

The character that you use to create the Knight is known as the "parent" character. " "MapleStory Korea (KMS): at the character selection screen, just choose "Knight of Cygnus" (the first option), and off you go. This will use up one of your three character slots. " So youre saying a KoC in kMS does not have a parent character?

Ah ok. So what does the 'parent character' get if the KoC levels? I heard 1 matk or atk each 10 levels?
