What is going on seriously? I am not posting as often anymore and when I come back I see trolls ruining our section. Did you guys give up hope or something? I think we should blame Cookie for this.

The warrior forum was actually really darn good when I first joined basil and for 6 more months. I became pretty bad a little after my guide was stickied, and has just been going downhill (trolls/flamers don't even listen to reason anymore, and moderators don't seem to check here as often as I'd like).

honestly the warrior section burned down. It is officially named the troll/complainer/which class is better section, you get a bunch of idiots starting flame wars and they even give the most baseless facts that they think they know everything about. R.I.P Warrior section,

It's one thing to be unfamiliar with the English language and have some errors, but its another to type as if there is some sort of wild animal spazzing out on top of your keyboard.

I've almost completely given up. ._.; I just post the random link to a guide, ask people to look at a guide, or help on some random thread... mostly now, I just visit the Chat section, my guide in the Pirate section, and write... Not that I ever really did much. .___.; I only gave some advice... never any of that math stuff...

Meh, this is no revelation, and human nature is beyond intervention, save the random life-exterminating meteor. Simple statistics: what's the stupid/ignorant/flat-out malicious person to intelligent/informed/genuinely helpful person ratio in the world outside of the int4rw3bz? Remove the social checks placed on the former, which keep their mouths shut, and everything falls to $hit. Rather than strive for a mass intervention, sit back, grab a bowl of popcorn, and take the worms out one at a time; life's so much less stressful that way.

Bystander effect is a great example of how much human nature fails. When I first came to Basil (Few years ago but only came for auctions... never knew about forums. xD) and started posting, I rarely saw any serious flaming. Everything was nice and stuff with the occasional troll thread... one of which I authored. >.>; After that period, things got like... a lot worse... better than now but bad... then came an era of peace and serenity which ended about a month ago. And now we are in the dark ages...
