How do i upload my maple vids in HD?

Well i have seen some maple story videos in high definition and i wanted to upload one of mine in HD. So i have just done so and you can view it here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZvB6My2Evo but my video looks like regular HQ and i don't think it looks as sharp and clear as this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vfL0XEFqfLU so basically my question is what did he do that i haven't done. im assuming he used windows movie editor and i'm assuming when he compressed the video he just made the settings so it compresses in HD format instead of the default regular one.

get sony vegas and render is as HD 1080P thats what i do. but make sure your comp can handle it cuz when you render in HD it slows your comp down. make sure you have atleast 3gb + if your gonna surf the web or play games while rendering

Most of my videos are HD. What I am wondering is how do you make it take up the whole HD screen?

Sony Vegas is definitely a lot better than WMM, due to it's numerous effects and some other stuff you can do with it when I render the video, the thing should look like this: 4.8 Mbps HD 720-24p Video <- .WMV FILE

Upload the video with a resolution of 1280x720 or higher with a 16:9 aspect ratio and you'll get your video available in HD.
