My sister got accepted into a University

She's been out of school for 2 years, just randomly applies to a local University one day, and got in. I don't know whether to be proud that she got in, or annoyed that she just grazed through high school and still managed to get into a good college, while I've been worrying 24/7 about my grades. x_x

Was it a really, really good university? If so, I would be annoyed too. If it's just a community college or a mediocre public college, I would be happy for her, though.

Depends, you should be proud if she got into a good univeristy. My sister got a macbook for getting into cambridge X_X

Well it's not really top of the line, it's a good school tho. But the requirements for getting in are getting stricter every year, so I know that by the time I'm ready to apply, I'd have to actually be on my best academic behavior lol. @Above: It's not a big annoyance, I'm happy for her, but the thing that bugs me a bit is she didn't really try hard in High School, did nothing for 2 years, randomly felt like applying, and got in. To be fair tho, she did well on her SATs.
