is there a difference using glaze/blaze capsules for ice splitter/flamethrower than using normal bullets? just wondering because i thought you can ONLY use ice splitter/flamethrower if you have the appropriate capsule but it seems like you can use any bullet :P thanks

u can still use the skill with normal bullets but it lowers the att by 50% (Not 100% sure about the %)

It does less damage without a capsule.

If you don't have capsules, normal bullets are used and the skill's damage is halved from what it shows in the description. If you do have capsules, the capsules are used and the skill does normal damage.
