How does people get to lv.30 in 3 hours?

Seeing as I can only play 3 hours, and I've decided to make a new job (not sure brawler or gunslinger or cleric), I was wondering the fastest way to get to 30, because people boast they can get to 30 in 3 hours and such, wondering how. anyone have suggestions?

Take advantage of these new agent quests. Go train at the Pig mini dungeon, I was getting 1 level every 10min on my gun slinger at level 12-16. And, every 30 min in there gets me another 4k exp from the Agent quest, thats like 1 level at level 15ish. Also, the Water melon quest, i head once every 3 hours or so, gets you 10k exp. Thats quite a bit for level 30-. And that Master M command scrolls gets 8.5k each time you turn them in.

OK guys i dont have nx and 12k or w/e is waste for lv.30, i just want to know how people make it so fast. Is there a build on where to train? Seriously I need help.

Do quests, do that watermelon quest (10k exp is a lot because of the exp curve)...do HPQ, and KPQ or ArPQ. You could also train from lv. 26-lv.30 sand rats or kiyo.

Umm i think lvl30 in 3 hours is for warriors because they can mob. Find a place that has high spawn and slash blast!
