Speed Infusion? I've heard that with speed infusion Crossbowmen basically do the same DPM with strafe as hurricane would. But that coupled with Snipe every 5 seconds and also the fact the strafe shoots 4 arrows so if you get knockback you still hit 4 times as opposed to if you were knockbacked shooting hurricane.

i think bowmasters own marksmen other then pierce

It's hurricane(super fast arrows) VS Pierce (850% damage on first monster and multiplies per monster) + snipe (200k every 5 secs or so) + strafe. In 3rd they're almost equal as well, just blizzard freezes.

snipe is automatic 200k damage. doesnt that kindof show that xbows are better than bows in this case?

Oh and if you want to check out classes DPSes, with you being able to select whether SE and SI are on and off, and what attack pot your using...use this~! http:// rs453tl2.rapid share.com/files/230065099/3577823/4thdps1.5.xls delete the space between rapid and share, and the one from http://. turns out NL are pretty bad without SE and apples, meaning not that good solo. but they get much better with SE and apples.
